Carezapp response to COVID-19

During this unprecedented time, we would like to help with care technology supports that can be used for COVID. Here’s how: –

Carezapp provides technology to providers supporting vulnerable people in homes and in the community. Enabling the delivery of remote care and support, connecting family, volunteers and community to leverage additional supports, empowering people to help share the care.

Helping you to reduce excess contacts, release available care capacity for those most at need and relieve pressure on our social care systems.

With immediate effect through to the end of August 2020, we are providing: –

Carezapp CONNECT – FREE of charge including a waiver of onboarding fees and no limits on the number of users. Benefits include:

  • Ability to create personalised connections around each supported person or resident to support wellness checks, shielding and cocooning and maintain social connections,
  • Connecting people whether near or far, such as care and support workers, family, friends, neighbours and volunteers,
  • Empowering these networks of care and support through simple, secure and auditable communication and collaboration tools, including messaging and video calls.

Carezapp INFORM is available at cost discounts for people who need additional supports. Our data aggregation platform utilises best-of-breed technologies, ambient sensors, connected devices and open APIs to gather data. Which is then processed through our intelligence and personalised rules engines, producing meaningful alerts, notifications and insights on a 24/7 year-round basis. Benefits include:

  • Deliver care and support services in-person and remotely on a 24/7 year-round basis, supported by real-time information,
  • Personalised care and support services for each supported person or resident, user-definable rules for alerts and notifications,
  • Ability to provide supplementary and backup supports to existing services that are at risk or under increased pressure and utilise self-isolating staff from home.

Monitor real-time activity within the home, motion, open and close events for doors, windows and fridges, occupancy of beds and chairs, incontinence and enuresis, resting breathing and heart rate, alert buttons and environmental information such as room temperature, smoke, CO and flood.

Additional data aggregations are being developed continuously if you have a specific request talk to us.
